- Payment for the course is non-refundable.
- After payment, I’ll contact you to arrange for a date and time.
- Should you miss any of the lessons during the session, there is no reimbursement for absences and make-up classes are not allowed.
- All lessons are conducted via Zoom, therefore you must have a computer or a tablet to connect. (You could use your smart phone to do this, but I don’t think that is ideal.)
- NOTICE ABOUT PRIVACY: Most lessons are recorded. In the event these recordings are shared with others, your faces may be visible, and your voice may be heard. In accepting the Terms and Conditions you authorize me to share the audio of these recordings.
- If there is any misbehavior or vulgar language toward me or the other participants during any of the Zoom lessons, I reserve the right to remove you from the lesson.
- You will need to procure all of the materials (see details under “Materials”).
I strongly recommend you invest in the materials I specify, especially the paints. If that’s not possible, we’ll manage.
- If you don’t have paints, you can elect to draw with either pencil or charcoal.

- NOTA SULLA PRIVACY: Molte lezioni sono registrate. Nel caso in cui le lezioni vengano condivise con altri, i volti dei partecipanti saranno visibile e le voci rimarranno in chiaro. Accettando questi Termini e Condizioni, mi autorizzi a condividere l’audio delle lezioni.
- Mi riservo il diritto di rimuovere dal corso chiunque abbia comportamenti irrispettosi o faccia uso di linguaggio ingiurioso o offensivo verso di me o altri partecipanti durante i collegamenti via Zoom.
- È indispensabile procurarsi tutti i materiali (per i dettagli, leggi la sezione “Materiali”). Consiglio vivamente di investire nei materiali raccomandati, specialmente nei colori. Se non fosse possibile, faremo del nostro meglio con quanto a disposizione.
- Se non avete colori, potete decidere di disegnare con matita o carboncino.
